The credit/debit card that is being used for the purchase must be yours. All credit/debit card holders will be subject to the usual validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. In the event of your card issuer refusing payment, Olivier’s Lounge Limited will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order. In any event, we reserve the right to cancel your order. By placing an order on our website, you guarantee that the payment details you have provided to us are both valid and correct. You also guarantee us that when the order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full.
When placing an order on our website, if the billing address and delivery address are the same, you are confirming that you are the person referred to in the delivery address details. Otherwise, you confirm you are the person referred to in the billing details.
Once you have placed your order, we will send you an email showing the total value of your order that will be debited from your credit/debit card, along with a payment reference number. Please keep this payment reference number as it may be needed in correspondence with ourselves. This email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance.
If we no longer have the item you have ordered or there is a delay for whatever reason, we will endeavour to contact you at the email address you provided us with when placing your order. If we are unable to contact you, or get no reply to our email, we will not supply you with a substitute product, unless you have instructed us otherwise. We are not obliged to supply the products you have ordered, unless we have them in stock and at the price stated.
Orders will not be accepted for the following reasons: 1) An item you have ordered is not in stock. 2) Your payment is not authorised. 3) There is an error with either the product or pricing. Olivier’s Lounge Limited is not obliged to supply products ordered through this website and the display of any items is not an offer to sell. The refusal of any offer to purchase by you, at any time, is at our sole discretion and we reserve this right to do so.
Olivier’s Lounge Limited will do its best to keep the website as up to date as possible, but we cannot guarantee that any specific item will always be available. If we cannot supply an item, we will contact you by email and release the funds being held in our account for the purchase, or offer you store credit that can be used both online and in one of our boutiques. Please note, all prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate and are in pounds sterling. When you place an order with us, you are offering to buy the item at the price that has been stated, subject to these terms.

Legal ownership of the items will be retained by us until you have made full payment and it has been received by us. In the case of the payment being refunded to you by ourselves, legal ownership of the goods will immediately revert back to us. Risk on the items will be immediately passed to you on delivery to your address.
