Please remember that everything we offer below may change during our busy Sale time or festive period such as Christmas. Anything ordered on the weekend or Bank Holiday will be sent out the next working day, please take this into account when making your purchase. 
We will send out your order FREE of charge when you spend £150 or over. 
All order under £150 will be charged at £4.95. All orders will be sent out with Royal Mail and will need to be signed for.
 Once your payment has been put through online you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that your item(s) is ready for collection. Please note that you will be able to collect your item(s) only during our shop opening hours. Shop opening hours. 
Once we have dispatched your order, we will send you an email notifying you of this. This will be our acceptance of your order and this completes the contract between you and us. This will apply regardless of whether, for reasons out of our control, you have not received that email. If we have informed you that your order hasn't been accepted or if you have cancelled your order in accordance with the returns policy, we will not dispatch your goods.
It is very important to us here at Olivier’s Lounge, that we offer a reliable and friendly service and will do what we can to ensure you receive your item(s) in perfect condition and in the time we have specified upon you making your order. Customer satisfaction is always our top priority and therefore we handle each query individually and to the best of our ability. Whilst we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, if you are not, we will happily offer you a full refund or credit note in compliance with our returns policy.
We offer a refund, exchange or credit note within 14 days of placing your order. We will offer a refund, exchange or credit note for all items that are returned to us unworn and in perfect condition, with all the labels attached. Any items with any indication of use will not be accepted. In such cases, we will return the item(s) to the purchaser. 
For items purchased in the sale, we request that returns are sent back to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Any refunds will be re-credited to the original purchaser's credit/debit card for the sum paid less any taxes, duties and postal costs. 
As we are not responsible for any goods lost or damaged in transit, we would advise you to return items by registered post. Please note that the postal costs for returned goods are the customer’s responsibility and will only be reimbursed if the goods are damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Fill in the returns form that came with your order, including the reason for your return. If an item is faulty please include further details. We request that you return any unwanted item as soon as possible but within 14 days of placing your order. 
Any returns received back after the 14 day period are accepted at the sole discretion of Olivier’s Lounge Limited and will only be refunded with a credit note that can be used both online and in-store. 
Please package the item and return it via your local Post Office, to be signed for. All goods should be returned to the following address: Olivier’s Lounge, 1 Bellevue Parade, Wandsworth Common, SW17 7EQ.
